Floating Blueberry

A special smoothie with floating blueberries. Rich in vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, E, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, folate, biotin, beta-carotene. Tasty & healthy!

 

Ingredients

  • 2-3 oranges
  • 0,5-1 pink grapefruit (sweet)
  • 1 little piece of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • a few blueberries

Squeeze the oranges and grapefruit. Add the entire blueberries on top.
