Summer time - a refresher for hot days

It's a very healthy smoothie and easy to prepare. Rich in citrulline, lycopene, folate, calcium, vitamins A and C, magnesium, beta-carotene, phosphous. 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1/5 watermelon
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 teaspoon Maca 

In case you use a mixer you can add some water.
