A very simple and tasty smoothie, full of energy. Rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, beta-carotene, calcium, iron and potassium.
- 4 peaches or nectarines
- 1-2 teaspoons of maca
Cut the fruit into pieces, mix it and add the maca powder. If the fruit is not ripe, you can add some water. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
