Shipment to 25 European countries

At present we are shipping to the following European countries*:

We ship to mainland only! We don’t ship to islands, remote areas and overseas territories due to the unavailability of shipping companies, long delivery times and if custom clearance is required. If you have any doubt, please contact us and we’ll check if shipment is available.

We reserve the right to reject shipments.

All orders and shipment costs are checked before order acceptance. In case an order is rejected, the paid amount will be refunded immediately.


Shipment costs and free shipping

We aim to maintain shipment simplified and at low costs. At present the cost for packaging and shipment for orders to the above listed countries is 5,95 EUR.

Free shipping is available from 70 EUR order value.


Delivery time and order tracking

Once we receive the order, all order data will be checked before order acceptance. The order will be prepared for shipment as soon as we receive the payment. In case we cannot accept an order, the paid amount will be reimbursed immediately. The shipments leave our warehouse in Barcelona and it takes approx. 3-5 working days for the delivery to most European destinations. If orders are submitted close before and on bank holidays or shipments to remote areas, the delivery can take 1-2 working days more. We kindly ask to be patient and wait for requests until 7 working days have passed since the order.

All shipments are registered. The tracking number will be sent once the shipping company has picked up the package. It may take 3-5 hours until the shipment appears on the tracking data base. You can follow your shipment on the PACKLINK website:


Shipment costs of order returns

Shipment costs for returns are at the expense of the sender (client), with the exception of guarantee cases. This is necessary in order to maintain our product prices and shipment costs low.
